Personal & Group Training

Sessions are 55 minutes

If you have specific goals, or need help creating those goals, or just appreciate a more 1 on 1 approach to fitness, we take the time to zone in on the most effective way to reach them.

If you have friends or co-workers with similar goals and want Personal Training in a small closed group that option is available as well.

Cost:
$100+tax per session
Group of 2-4  $150+tax per session

Personal CrossFit 101 series

Sessions are 55 minutes

This is a tailored 3 part series for Beginners who want to join the regular Functional Training classes. In this ramp-up series we will cover essentials like the foundational movements, olympic lifts and basic calisthenics. You will also learn about movement dysfunctions you may have and how to work around those issues.

Cost:
$270+tax
*Additional sessions are at the normal rate of $100+tax per session

Massage Therapy

Our role as therapists is not only to relieve tension and aid recovery, but to educate and increase body awareness. Massage is a valuable part of a healthy and progressive fitness program. Our blend of skill will help optimize your training and decrease the likelihood of injury by reducing stress to your tendons and muscles from advancing workouts.

We specialize in multiple modalities of Massage Therapy and Bodywork:

  • Deep Tissue

  • Sports Massage

  • Injury Treatment/Rehab

  • Swedish Massage

  • Trigger Point Work

  • Myofascial Release

Cost:
30 minute – $60 per session
55 minute – $120 per session
85 minute – $180 per session

It is well documented that health & fitness goals are rarely reached without a proper nutritional plan. You could follow an excellent workout regiment and not see results if your food game is not on a par. Whether it is fat loss, maintenance, increasing energy, or muscle gain we can help you recognize the shortcomings of your current diet and help you get on the right track to achieving your goals.
